The final event in Deaf School's Book Launch week took place at the world-renowned Jazz Cafe in North London.
Deaf School played to a packed house and were joined on stage at various points in the show by Madness stalwarts Lee Thompson and Suggs (equipped with a bottle of celebratory champagne), as well as Robb Skipper (leader of power-pop-bubblegum-grunge band The Hares and formerly of The Holloways) playing electric fiddle as only he can, including a spectacular finish to 2nd Honeymoon!
The show was opened by Man Like Me who put in an excellent short set, led of course by Sir Clive Langer's son, Johnny. The only surprise was that Johnny kept his clothes on well in to the fourth song of the set.
Big thanks to Man Like Me and the other guests who helped make this another very special Deaf School experience!
